Sleeping well is important to me because I had a back surgery. My Eight Sleep Pod arrived a few weeks before quarantine began in NYC. During the quarantine, I have had plenty of time at home to utilize the Eight Sleep Pod. I was eager to see if it would work.
It delivered big time, Eight Sleep Pod is innovative and I highly recommend it. The bed will optimize sleep for you and your significant other because you can each set the temperature of the bed broken down into your side of the bed. If you prefer your side medium temperature and your partner prefers cold, this will make both of your lives easier + sleep more enjoyable. If you are single you can set the whole bed to your temperature preference.
The bed is a game changer for the morning wake up routine. You and your significant other can set each side of the bed to vibrate acting as an alarm, eliminating the need for an audio alarm. Your partner does not get woken up because your alarm is too loud. The bed vibrates which will wake you and only you up. For efficiency, it is great.
Eight Sleep has a convenient phone app that allows you and/or your partner to control temperature, alarms and sleep metrics are recorded + analyzed. The app even asks you how it can make your sleep experience better and it reacts.
